摘要: 乙烯装置流程复杂,设备台数多,物料种类多,往往在开车过程中会因操作不当造成乙烯、丙烯、氢气等产品的损失。因此开车过程的优化对于乙烯装置意义重大。介绍了如何通过设计优化使得某国内大型乙烯装置在开车过程中减少物料的排放,并对乙烯制冷压缩机开车方案、裂解气压缩机的防喘振控制进行了优化。通过采取相应措施最后缩短了开车时间,同时减少了物料的损失。

Abstract:

Ethylene plant has complex process flow, a large number of equipment and time-consuming start-up, and the inappropriate operation during start-up often leads to the loss of products including ethylene, propylene and hydrogen. Therefore, the optimization of start-up is of great significance to the ethylene plant. This paper takes a large-scale ethylene plant in China as the example, introduces how to reduce the discharge of materials during start-up through design optimization, and optimizes the start-up plan of ethylene refrigeration compressor and the anti-surge control of cracking gas compressor. The start-up time can be shortened and the material loss can be reduced by taking corresponding measures.
