乙烯制冷压缩机实物料开车方案优化

摘要:

乙烯精馏塔与乙烯制冷压缩机联合组成开式热泵,乙烯精馏塔顶气相直接进入乙烯制冷压缩机三段吸入罐,热泵的应用增加了开车的难度。乙烯热泵原始开车过程中,曾多次出现乙烯制冷压缩机在暖机转速和可调转速下低频喘振。结合原始开车的记录数据和经验,对2016年大修后乙烯制冷压缩机开车方案进行了优化,提出了开车关键控制点,优化开车过程中的关键操作。大检修后,乙烯制冷压缩机开车很成功,机组从启机到运行中未发生喘振,乙烯精馏塔接收气液相物料后机组未出现超压放火炬的情况,机组和工艺系统运行稳定。优化的开车方案提高了机组开车安全性,避免了物料损失,为公司创造了效益。

Abstract:

Open ethylene heat pump is composed of ethylene tower and ethylene refrigeration compressor, and the gas from the top of ethylene tower goes straight into the third-stage suction tank of ethylene refrigeration compressor. The use of ethylene heat pump increases the difficulties of startup. During the initial startup of ethylene heat pump, low frequency surge of the ethylene refrigeration compressor was frequently found at low speed and adjustable speed of ethylene heat pump. Combined with the record data and experience of initial startup,this paper optimizes the startup plan of ethylene refrigeration compressor after the overhaul in 2016, puts forward the key control points during startup, and optimizes the critical operations during startup. The optimized startup plan improved the safety of compressor unit during startup, avoided material loss and created benefit for the company.
