裂解炉COT测量方法介绍及案例分析

摘要: 裂解炉炉管出口温度(COT)测量的准确性与产品收率及裂解炉运行周期息息相关,针对目前应用的传统直插式、斜插式和贴壁式3种COT测温方法,结合实际生产案例探讨了3种测温方式造成误差的原因,总结其优缺点,为设计及实际生产提出建议。

Abstract:

The accuracy of coil outlet temperature (COT) measurement of ethylene cracking furnace is closely related to the yield of product and the operation cycle of cracking furnace. This paper discusses the error causes of three traditional COT measuring methods currently used based on practical cases, and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages, providing suggestions for engineering design and actual production.
