摘要: 膨胀再压缩机是乙烯装置深冷分离的重要组成部分,用于对深冷区尾气的净化和在工艺系统中为冷箱提供冷量,是深冷分离系统运行的核心设备,其长周期稳定运行对乙烯装置降低乙烯损失发挥着至关重要的作用。介绍了乙烯装置膨胀再压缩机的工艺流程及在运行过程中出现的问题。通过对运行问题进行分析,提出了优化改进措施,从而保证膨胀再压缩机系统的稳定运行。

Abstract:

 As an important part of the cryogenic separation of ethylene plant, expander-recompressor is used to purify the exhaust gas in cryogenic zone and provide cooling capacity for the cold box in process system. It is the core equipment of the cryogenic separation system, and its long period and stable operation plays a vital role in reducing the ethylene loss of ethylene plant. This paper introduces the process flow and operational problems of expander-recompressor in ethylene plant, and puts forward some optimization and improvement measures based on the analysis of the operational problems, so as to ensure the stable operation of the expander-recompressor system.
