提高乙烯装置边际效益的措施

Measures for Improving Marginal Benefits of Ethylene Plants

摘要:

目前国内百万吨乙烯装置陆续建成投产,如何提高乙烯装置边际效益,赢得市场竞争力,至关重要。乙烯边际效益计算包含:原料投入费用、产品收入、变动费用,其中变动费用包括辅材、燃动两大部分。文中从辅材费用、燃料费用、动力费用三方面进行论述,通过原始设计、工艺调整、设备改造等方法,来降低三剂和原辅料消耗、提高能源利用率,预计可节省10%的综合费用,从而提高了乙烯装置边际效益。

Abstract:

Nowadays, many megaton ethylene plants have been built and put into operation in China. It is crucial to improve the marginal benefits of ethylene plants and win market competitiveness. The calculation of marginal benefits of ethylene plant should take into consideration the raw material input cost, the product revenue and the variable cost, and the variable cost consists of auxiliary material cost and fuel power cost. This article discusses the costs of auxiliary materials, fuel and power. Through methods such as original design, process adjustment and equipment modification, the consumption of catalysts, solvents and additives as well as raw and auxiliary materials can be reduced, and the energy utilization efficiency can be improved. It is expected to save 10% of the comprehensive costs, thereby improving the marginal benefits of ethylene plants.
