摘要:

介绍了独山子石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置凝液回收系统存在的运行瓶颈问题,通过技术调研和设计优化并落实技术措施,在消除乙烯装置凝液回收系统运行瓶颈的同时,进一步回收了工业凝液并再利用,实现了绿色工厂无异味的管控目标。通过局部区域的小改造,提升了装置上、下游单元的运行效能,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the operation bottlenecks of condensate recovery system in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. Through technical investigation, design optimization and implementation of technical measures, the operation bottlenecks of condensate recovery system are eliminated, the industrial condensate is further recovered and reused, and the goal of green factory without odor is achieved. Through minor modifications in local areas, the operation efficiency of the upstream and downstream units of the ethylene plant is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
