裂解气压缩机高压缸振动异常原因分析及处理措施

摘要:

裂解气压缩机是乙烯装置的关键设备,文中针对裂解气压缩机高压缸异常振动原因进行分析,利用状态监测软件,通过频率、图谱分析,确定振动产生的原因是缸体内部结焦流体激振,采取增加洗油注入频率、延长洗油注入时间、优化调整各缸体洗油注入量的措施进行处理,消除了机组振动,确保了裂解气压缩机正常稳定运行。

Abstract:

Pyrolysis gas compressor is the most critical and important equipment of ethylene plant. This paper analyzes the causes of the abnormal vibration of high pressure cylinder in pyrolysis gas compressor, and uses status monitoring software and frequency and map analysis to determine that the root cause of vibration is the fluid-induced vibration caused by coking inside the cylinder. By taking some measures such as increasing the frequency of oil injection, extending the oil injection time, and optimizing and adjusting the amount of oil injection in each cylinder, the vibration of the compressor unit is eliminated, thus ensuring the normal and stable operation of the pyrolysis gas compressor.
