工艺水汽提塔失压处置及控制优化

摘要:

乙烯装置工艺水汽提塔的作用是将工艺水中挥发性烃类及溶解性气体汽提出来,并将其送至急冷水塔。工艺水汽提塔稳定运行,可有效保障乙烷进料饱和塔和热备蒸汽发生系统稳定运行。实际运行过程中,由于仪表故障、工艺波动等因素,工艺水汽提塔存在失压情况,严重影响工艺平稳运行。文中针对工艺水汽提塔失压情况,提出有效的处置措施,分析失压波动原因,提出工艺改进措施,确保工艺水汽提塔稳定运行。

Abstract:

In ethylene plants, volatile hydrocarbons and dissolved gases are stripped from process water in process water stripper and sent to quench water tower. The stable operation of process water stripper can effectively ensure the stable operation of ethane feed saturator and steam standby generator. During practical operation, due to factors such as instrument failures and process fluctuations, there is a loss of pressure in the process water stripper, which seriously affects the stable operation of the process. This article proposes some effective measures against the loss of pressure in process water stripper, analyzes the reasons for the loss of pressure, and proposes some process improvement measures to ensure the stable operation of process water stripper.
