摘要:

丁二烯抽提装置冷却系统塔釜泵在正常操作期间,出现机泵自停情况。文中通过对机泵的工艺运行状况与密封结构、材质及润滑的分析研究,找出了冷却系统塔釜泵停机的原因,提出了有效的改进方法,使机泵运行周期得到延长,装置生产有了更好的连续性和平稳性。

Abstract:

The tower kettle pump of the cooling system in a butadiene extraction unit automatically shut down during normal operation. Through the analysis and study on the process operation status, sealing structure, material and lubrication of the pump, this paper finds out the reasons for the shutdown of the tower kettle pump of cooling system, and puts forward some effective improvement methods, thus prolonging the operation cycle of the pump and improving the continuity and stability of unit production.
