乙烯装置循环水冷却器流量核算与优化调整

摘要:

独山子石化220 kt/a乙烯装置目前使用的循环水冷却器冷却水流量测速仪为便携式超声波流量测速仪,由于使用多年探头老化,测量准确度和灵敏度均较差,经对比2023年5月便携式超声波测速仪监测数据和DCS显示测量数据,发现便携式超声波测速仪监测结果较实际偏大约66.7%,造成装置循环水冷却器循环水消耗量较设计增加9.32%,严重增加装置运行能耗。为了科学控制循环水用量,统计当前生产工况下的循环水换热器运行数据(包括物料组分、物料进出温度/压力、循环水进出温度/压力等),利用Aspen Hysys软件对各个水冷器循环水消耗进行模拟核算,找出偏差点,进行优化控制,达到提质增效的目的。

Abstract:

At present, portable ultrasonic flow meter is used for the cooling water flow meter of circulating water cooler in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant in Dushanzi. Because it has been used for many years, the probe is aged and the measurement accuracy and sensitivity are poor. Comparing the monitoring data of the portable ultrasonic meter with the measurement data displayed by DCS in May 2023, it is found that the monitoring results of the portable ultrasonic meter are about 66.7% higher than the actual values. As a result, the circulating water consumption of the circulating water cooler of the plant increases by 9.32% compared with the design value, which seriously affects the operation energy consumption of the plant. In order to scientifically control the circulating water consumption, the operation data of the circulating water heat exchanger under the current production conditions are collected, including material components, material inlet and outlet temperature/pressure, circulating water inlet and outlet temperature/pressure, etc. Aspen Hysys software is used to simulate the circulating water consumption of each water cooler, find out the deviation points, optimize the control, and achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency.
