摘要:

二元制冷压缩机是乙烯装置的关键设备,文中主要针对乙烯二元制冷压缩机汽轮机振动大原因进行分析,利用状态监测软件,通过频率、图谱分析,确定振动产生的根本原因是转子动平衡差、排汽温度高,更换重新返厂动平衡后的备用转子,排缸连续喷水控制排汽温度等措施进行处理,消除了汽轮机异常振动,确保了二元制冷压缩机安装调试工作按计划推进。

Abstract:

Binary refrigeration compressor is the critical equipment of ethylene plant. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the vibration of steam turbine of binary refrigeration compressor in ethylene plant, and uses condition monitoring software to determine through frequency and map analysis that the fundamental causes of vibration are the poor dynamic balance of rotor and the high exhaust temperature. By taking some measures such as replacing the spare rotor after returning to the plant for dynamic balance and using continuous water spray to control the exhaust temperature, the abnormal vibration of the steam turbine is eliminated, and the installation and commissioning of the binary refrigeration compressor are carried out as planned.
