摘要: 乙烯装置裂解气压缩机四段出口压力高易造成四段排出罐安全阀起跳,引发生产工艺运行波动。燕山石化新区乙烯装置在运行期间不定期使用裂解航煤原料,在运行末期出现压缩机出口压力、温度持续升高的现象,进而导致压缩机五段出口流量持续下降,对装置平稳运行造成了严重影响。经局部检修确认,压缩机高压缸内严重结焦导致平衡盘密封失效,高压段工艺气串入低压段,是造成四段出口压力升高的主要原因。基于此,提出相应的优化改进措施,以保障乙烯装置长周期平稳运行。

Abstract:
High outlet pressure of the fourth section of cracked gas compressor in ethylene plant can easily cause the safety valve of the discharge tank of the fourth section to jump, leading to fluctuations in production operation. Yanshan Petrochemical started to periodically use cracked kerosene as feedstock in this operation cycle, and a continuous increase in outlet pressure and temperature of the cracked gas compressor was observed at the end of the operation, which led to a continuous decrease in the outlet flow rate of the fifth section, seriously affecting the smooth operation of the plant. Through partial maintenance, it was determined that serious coking inside the high-pressure cylinder of the compressor led to the seal failure of balance disk, allowing the leakage of process gas from high-pressure section to low-pressure section, which was the main reason for the high outlet pressure of the fourth section. Some optimization and improvement measures were put forward to ensure the smooth operation of the ethylene plant for a long period of time.
