碳五抽余液加氢运行问题及对策

摘要: 中韩石化为拓宽裂解料的来源,启用闲置碳九/碳五加氢装置对碳五抽余液进行加氢作为裂解料。针对碳五抽余液加氢运行中存在的问题,通过调整运行参数或技术改造解决了抽余碳五原料组成偏差大、单烯烃累积、原料不稳定、反应器局部热点、氢压机运行、仪表偏差、联锁设置不合理等问题,碳五抽余液加氢后作为裂解料。

Abstract:

In order to widen the sources of cracking feedstock, SINOPEC-SK (Wuhan) started using its idle C9/C5 hydrogenation unit to hydrogenate the raffinate C5 to cracking feedstock. Through operating parameter adjustment or technological modification, the problems in the hydrogenation of raffinate C5 such as large deviation of the composition of raffinate C5, accumulation of mono olefin, instability of raw materials, local hot spot of reactor, operation of hydrogen compressor, deviation of instruments and unreasonable interlocking setting were solved.
