摘要: 前脱乙烷分离工艺流程脱乙烷塔采再沸器平均运行周期仅百天左右,管程结垢严重。针对丁二烯等不饱和烯烃自聚条件,进行了不同的操作条件、不同的阻聚剂类型及注入方式的研究并实施了改造,实际运行证明,适当降低脱乙烷塔操作压力、选择合适的阻聚剂及优化的注入方式,再沸器运行周期和结焦情况大幅改善,运行周期超过8个月。

Abstract:

The operation cycle of reboiler in deethanizer was only around 100 days in average, and serious fouling was found in tube side. Based on the self-polymerization conditions of unsaturated olefins such as butadiene, PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company studied different operating conditions, various types of polymer inhibitor and injection methods, and carried out technical modification. The actual operation proved that the operation cycle of reboiler can be prolonged and the coking can be greatly improved by properly reducing the operating pressure of deethanizer, selecting appropriate inhibitors and optimizing the injection mode, and the operation cycle can exceed 8 months.
