汽油分馏塔系统的运行瓶颈与优化措施

摘要: 独山子1 000 kt/a乙烯装置汽油分馏塔运行参数偏离设计指标,整个汽油分馏塔趋于极限操作,严重影响装置的负荷。为解决操作瓶颈,提出适当升高急冷油粘度,降低汽油分馏塔内循环量,提高汽油分馏塔釜温度的操作方案,实施后汽油分馏塔的操作弹性恢复正常。

Abstract:

The operation parameters of quench oil tower in the 1,000 kt/a ethylene plant in Dushanzi deviated from the design indicators, and the quench oil tower was operated at extreme loads, seriously affecting the unit load. To solve this operation bottleneck, some operation schemes were put forward including properly increasing the quench oil viscosity, reducing the internal circulation quantity of quench oil and increasing the bottom temperature of quench oil tower. After implementation, the operational flexibility of quench oil tower returned to normal.
