裂解原料多样化对裂解炉操作的影响

摘要: 中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司1 000 kt/a乙烯装置的原料有石脑油(NAP)、循环乙烷/丙烷、轻烃、LPG、加氢裂化尾油(HVGO)。裂解原料的多样化后裂解炉切料工艺操作频繁,裂解炉经常出现轻烃炉轻烃调节阀堵塞,HVGO炉二次注汽处泄漏等隐患。通过优化装置操作,消除及预防隐患等措施,以实现裂解炉长周期运行。

Abstract: The raw materials of the 1,000 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company consist of naphtha (NAP), circulating ethane/propane, light hydrocarbons, LPG and hydrocracking tail oil (HVGO). Because of the diversity of cracking raw materials, the switching operation of cracking furnace was frequent. The light hydrocarbon regulating valve of light hydrocarbon furnace was often blocked, and leakage was found at the secondary steam injection of HVGO furnace. By optimizing the unit operation and eliminating and preventing the hidden dangers, the long-term operation of cracking furnace can be achieved.
