摘要:

介绍现场乙二醇装汽车装车方式,为提高乙二醇装车量,应对在原有罐车不足情况下可临时进行集装箱式罐车的装车,提高装车外卖效益。现场通过对集装箱式罐车结构的分析,采取对装车口接口的改造,集装箱式罐车装车方式改变等措施,最终总装车量得到了提高,乙二醇外卖效益明显提升。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the loading mode of ethylene glycol trucks on site. To improve the loading capacity of ethylene glycol, the container tank truck can be loaded temporarily when the number of tank truck is not sufficient, so as to improve the efficiency of loading and delivery. Through the analysis of the structure of container tank truck, some measures including transforming the loading port interface and changing the loading mode of container tank truck were taken to increase the total loading capacity and significantly improve the ethylene glycol delivery benefit.
