乙烯装置裂解气压缩机吸入带液原因分析及对策

Cause Analysis and Solutions to Liquid Entrainment in Suction Line of Cracked Gas Compressor in Ethylene Plant

摘要:

介绍了独山子石化公司1 100 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气压缩机吸入管道带液的异常现象,分析了问题产生的原因,并针对裂解气压缩机吸入管道带液现象提出具体的在线缓解措施。分析结果表明,裂解气压缩机吸入管道带液及碱洗塔异常生成黄油的根本原因是裂解气压缩机段间罐及碱洗塔入口分离罐除沫器严重堵塞,致使除沫效率下降,进而导致压缩机吸入带液。故此,通过对裂解气压缩机段间罐除沫器进行整体更换,从根本上解决了压缩机吸入带液及碱洗异常的问题。

Abstract:

 This paper introduces the abnormal phenomenon of liquid entrainment in the suction line of cracked gas compressor in the 1100 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, analyzes the causes of the problem from various aspects, and puts forward some specific measures for alleviating the liquid entrainment in the suction line of cracked gas compressor. The analysis results show that the root cause of the liquid entrainment in suction line of cracked gas compressor and the abnormal formation of grease in caustic wash tower is the serious blockage of demisters for the interstage tank of cracked gas compressor and the knockout drum at inlet of caustic wash tower, which resulted in a decrease in demisting efficiency and then the liquid entrainment in suction line of compressor. Therefore, the demister for the interstage tank of cracked gas compressor was replaced as a whole, fundamentally solving such problems as the liquid entrainment in suction line of compressor and the abnormal phenomenon in caustic wash.
