摘要: 某乙烯装置于2020年将产能由800 kt/a扩能至1100 kt/a,本周期投产以来装置核心设备裂解气压缩机汽轮机陆续出现了进汽压力偏低、抽凝比偏低、高负荷运行时机组振动上升等一系列问题,在增加装置能耗的同时也对本装置及全厂的安全稳定运行造成了影响,文中通过对相关原因进行分析并定量计算,分析出具体原因,为后续进一步的改造和优化提出相关建议。

Abstract:

An ethylene plant expanded its production capacity from 800 kt/a to 1 100 kt/a in 2020. Since the beginning of this operation cycle, the steam turbine of cracking gas compressor, the core equipment in ethylene plant, has successively encountered some problems such as low inlet pressure, low flowrate ratio of extracted steam to condensed steam and increased vibration of the unit during high-load operation, affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit and the whole plant while increasing the energy consumption of the unit. This paper analyzes the reasons for these problems and makes quantitative calculation, identifies the specific reasons, and puts forward relevant suggestions for further transformation and optimization.
