摘要: 独山子百万吨乙烯装置在实际生产中裂解原料趋于多样性,杂质复杂,原料切换频繁,装置通过原料对比分析,为高双烯收率,提出一系列操作变化以及技术改造适应不同原料的加工,使其达到最大效益。

Abstract: In the actual operation of the Megaton ethylene plant in Dushanzi, the cracking feedstock is diversified, the impurities are complicated and the switchover of feedstock is frequent. In order to improve the yields of ethylene and propylene, a series of operational change and technological transformation are put forward through the comparative analysis of feedstock to adapt to the processing of different feedstock, so as to maximize the benefit.
