Analysis and Improvement of Solvent Recovery System in High Purity Isobutane Plant

摘要: 乙腈是萃取精馏法的常用溶剂,萃取后的烃类需进行水洗脱除夹带的少量乙腈,水洗后的含溶剂废水需送至溶剂回收系统,采出高浓度乙腈的再生溶剂。某石化厂异丁烷装置的溶剂回收系统在实际运行中,遇到了塔顶采出再生溶剂中乙腈浓度经常低于设计值的问题。根据该装置的实测数据,通过对溶剂回收系统进料乙腈含量、进料塔板位置、装置原料组分中的杂质等因素进行模拟计算,分析塔顶产品不合格的原因,并提出相应的优化改进方案。

Abstract:

Acetonitrile is a solvent commonly used for extractive distillation. Hydrocarbons after extraction need to be washed by water to remove the small amount of acetonitrile entrained. The washed water with small amount of solvent needs to be distillated in a solvent recovery system to recover regenerated solvent with high concentration of acetonitrile. An isobutane plant of a petrochemical company encounters a problem in its operation that the concentration of acetonitrile in the regenerated solvent recovered from the overhead of solvent recovery column is frequently lower than the design value. Accroding to the measured data of the plant, several factors including the acetonitrile content in the feed to solvent recovery system, the location of feed tray and the inpurities in feed components are calculated in simulation to analyze the reasons for the off-spec overhead product, and some corresponding improvement proposals are provided.
