摘要: 介绍了乙烯装置6台裂解炉低氮燃烧器改造的整体状况、改造目标、主要改造内容,改造投用后的运行检测情况。阐述了裂解炉低氮燃烧器改造后正常运行工况调试检测情况,着重介绍了烧焦工况的操作和检测情况,为后续裂解炉烧焦工况操作调整以及同行业低氮燃烧器改造成果的实现提供借鉴。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the overall situation, targets and main contents of the modification of low-NOburners in 6 cracking furnaces of ethylene plant and their operation testing after modification, discusses the debugging and testing of the modified low-NOburners in normal operation, and emphasizes on their operation and testing under decoking conditions, providing references for the operation adjustment under decoking conditions and the achievement of modification effect of low-NOburners in the future.
