摘要: 中国石油独山子石化分公司乙烯厂220 kt/a乙烯装置的SRT-Ⅳ型裂解炉技术,存在“三烯”收率低、故障率高、排烟温度高、炉热效率低和排放烟气中NOX超标等瓶颈问题,通过对3号、4号裂解炉实施节能提标技术改造和裂解炉特护专项活动,裂解炉的运行周期和技术参数均得到了较大的优化和提升,达到了预期的目标。

Abstract:

The SRT-IV cracking furnace technology adopted by PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company for its 220 kt/a ethylene plant has such bottlenecks as low ethylene, propylene and butadiene yields, high failure rate, high exhaust temperature, low thermal efficiency of furnace and over high NOX in flue gas. Through energy-saving modification of the No.3 and No.4 cracking furnaces and the special care activities of cracking furnaces, the operation cycle and technical parameters of the cracking furnaces were remarkably optimized and promoted, reaching the expected goals.
