裂解炉炉管损伤原因分析与处理

摘要: 800 kt/a乙烯装置采用中国石化工程建设公司(SEI)完全自主设计的CBL型裂解炉。自开工后,裂解炉运行良好,但也出现了部分炉管的超温与渗碳现象。通过分析,发现导致其损伤原因包括:原料品质差、辐射炉管出口温度指示失真、炉管烧焦过于剧烈,后根据相应原因逐步解决上述问题,大幅降低了炉管损伤率。

Abstract:

CBL cracking furnace independently designed by SINOPEC is adopted in an 800 kt/a ethylene plant. The cracking furnace has run smoothly since the first startup, but over temperature and carburization of some furnace tubes has been found. The analysis shows that the reasons for the damage include the poor quality of feedstock, the distortion of outlet temperature indication of radiant tube, and the overheating during decoking. These problems were solved correspondingly, and the damage ratio of furnace tube was reduced significantly.
