裂解炉脱硝技术及低NOx燃烧器改造效果分析

摘要: 以裂解炉为研究对象,从燃烧生成NOx的机理出发,分析了3种目前主流降低裂解炉NOx排放的工艺方案,并结合近期实施的裂解炉燃烧器改造项目的情况,从技术、经济、操作维护、安全等角度进行综合比较和分析,探讨低NOx燃烧器投用、改造效果。

关键词: 裂解炉 , 脱硝 , 选择性催化还原技术(SCR) 选择性非催化还原技术(SNCR) 低NOx燃烧器

Abstract:

Taking cracking furnace as the research object, this paper analyzes three main technological schemes for reducing NOx emission from cracking furnace based on the mechanism of NOx formation by combustion. From the aspects of technology, economy, operation and maintenance and safety, a comprehensive comparison and analysis is made combined with a revamping project of cracking furnace burner recently implemented, and the commissioning and revamping effect of low NOx burner is discussed.
