MTO工业装置再生催化剂的实验室评价与模拟

摘要: MTO工业装置上取得的再生催化剂为研究对象,通过对其进行实验室小试评价,发现含有残余焦炭的工业再生剂单程催化寿命缩短,且初始乙烯与丙烯选择性也较低。在实验室采用一系列具有不同定碳的催化剂进行物理混合,模拟了具有相似定碳并具有定碳分布的再生剂,从催化剂的外观以及MTO催化性能上验证了工业催化剂存在定碳分布,并且定碳分布可能正是导致工业再生剂整体催化性能较差的原因。采用燃烧失重法对再生剂上残余焦炭的结构与催化性能进行的初步关联结果发现,工业再生剂上焦炭失重峰值温度与催化寿命关联程度较高。

Abstract:

A coked equilibrium catalyst was obtained from a commercial MTO unit and tested for MTO performance at lab-scale. It was found that the catalytic lifetime of the coked catalyst was shortened and no improvement was made on the initial selectivity of ethylene and propylene. The coke distribution was regarded as the cause and further proved by lab simulation of the coked catalyst using physically mixed catalyst samples from catalysts with different coke loadings. Based on the preliminary TGA testing results of the coked catalysts, the peak temperature of weight loss exhibited good correlation with the catalytic lifetime.
