摘要: 结合独山子石化百万吨乙烯装置丙烯精馏单元热气体旁路的应用,介绍了热气体旁路法运行原理及实际操作经验,总结出了更好的热气体旁路法应用和操作方法,达到了平稳、高效、节能的操作运行。

Abstract:

Combined with the application of hot gas bypass in the propylene distillation unit of the megaton ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, this paper introduces the operating principle and practical experience of hot gas bypass method, and summarizes a better application and operation method for the hot gas bypass method, so as to achieve a smooth, high-efficiency and energy-saving operation.
