轻烃裂解制乙烯项目不同规模方案比选探讨

摘要:

以轻烃为原料的裂解装置具有流程短、投资少等优势,为石化企业改扩建乙烯装置提供新途径。以某企业规划建设轻烃裂解项目为例,结合依托条件和发展战略,提出了拟比选的36种不同建设方案,采用PIMS流程规划平台系统核算方案的物料平衡,阐述了工艺装置、系统配套等工程方案,分析了不同方案投资和效益,得出了初步的研究结论及建议。

Abstract:

With the advantages of short process flow and less investment, the cracking unit which takes light hydrocarbon as the raw material provides a new way for the revamping and expansion of ethylene plant by petrochemical enterprises. Taking a light hydrocarbon cracking project planned and constructed by an enterprise as an example, this paper puts forward three categories and six different construction schemes for comparison and selection based on the supporting conditions and development strategy, uses PIMS process planning platform system to calculate the material balance of the schemes, discusses the engineering schemes for process units and utilities, analyzes the investment and benefits of different schemes, and draws preliminary research conclusions and suggestions.
