摘要:

针对某乙烯装置三元制冷系统存在的压缩机末段出口压力过高的问题进行了分析。结合装置轻质化的现状,提出了利用LPG原料冷量对三元制冷压缩机末段进行撤热的解决方案。新增的LPG冷量利用取代现有LPG原料预热,在完成LPG原料预热的同时,这部分冷量被三元制冷系统回收,解决了三元制冷压缩机末段出口压力过高的问题。

Abstract:

This article analyzes the problem of over high outlet pressure at the end section of compressor in the ternary refrigeration system of an ethylene plant. Combining with the trend of lighter feedstock, a new method for reducing the pressure of the ternary refrigeration compressor using LPG cold energy is proposed. The existing LPG raw material preheating system is replaced with the newly installed LPG cold energy reconditioning system. While preheating LPG raw material , this part of cold energy is recovered by the ternary refrigeration system to alleviate the problem of over high outlet pressure at the end section of compressor in ternary refrigeration system.
