工艺水油含量高的原因分析及处理措施

摘要:

针对天津乙烯装置工艺水系统存在工艺水汽提塔塔顶汽提蒸汽量下降、塔顶温度下降,工艺水中油含量超标的问题,进行分析并找出原因。通过对工艺水汽提塔再沸器进行处理,提高了塔顶温度,降低了工艺水中油含量,避免了对污水系统的污染,同时也减少了低压蒸汽补入量,降低了装置能耗,减少了稀释蒸汽排污量。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes and finds out the reasons for the problems of process water system in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company, including the decrease in overhead stripping steam in process water stripper, the drop in overhead temperature and the over high oil content of process water. The boiler in the process water stripper is treated to increase the overhead temperature, reduce the oil content of process water, avoid the pollution of sewage system, reduce the low-pressure steam makeup, reduce the energy consumption of ethylene plant, and reduce the blowdown of dilution steam.
