汽轮机进汽和抽汽流量异常增大原因分析与处理

摘要:

某抽汽凝汽式汽轮机大检修后,进汽调节阀开度异常增大,抽汽量明显增加。通过试验与检修发现,抽汽逆止阀内漏,抽汽管网蒸汽进入汽轮机内,使抽汽口处压力升高,导致汽轮机效率降低,造成进汽与抽汽流量异常。对抽汽逆止阀及其执行机构进行检修,调整逆止阀阀杆初始位置,汽轮机恢复正常。

Abstract:

After the overhaul of an extraction condensing steam turbine, the opening of intake control valve increased abnormally and the volume of extraction steam increased obviously. Through test and maintenance, it was found that the leakage of extraction check valve and the entrance of the steam from extraction pipe network into the turbine increased the pressure at the extraction nozzle, reduced the efficiency of steam turbine and caused the abnormal intake and extraction flow. The extraction check valve and its actuator were repaired, and the initial position of the check valve stem was adjusted, then the steam turbine returned to normal operation.
