摘要: 通过乙烯二联合车间物料平衡、蒸汽/水平衡、环境污染现状数据进行分析 ,得出乙烯装置出现高物耗、高能耗、高污染的原因有解炉烟气高温排放、烧焦炉烧焦气,拱顶罐区呼吸阀排放,水系统、油系统、碱系统排放,并对此分别采取了对应措施,从而防止和减少污染物的产生。

Abstract:

Through the analysis on the material balance, steam/water balance and environmental pollution data in the No.2 Workshop of the Ethylene Plant in Dushanzi, it is concluded that the causes of high material consumption, high energy consumption and high pollution of ethylene plant include the high temperature emission of flue gas from cracking furnace, the coking gas from coke oven, the discharge of breathing valves in doom roof tank area, and the discharge of water system, oil system and caustic system. Corresponding measures are taken to prevent and reduce the production of pollutants.
