摘要：

油路系统是乙烯装置压缩机的重要组成部分,油路系统的稳定运行直接影响到乙烯装置稳定运行。从油路系统投用前的准备工作、投用，日常操作及维护、设计改进等方面来提高压缩机油路系统的可靠性。在操作中加强对油冷器、油滤器、油泵等切换的管理，成立关键机组的特维小组来保证日常维护。每月进行1次油样分析、油路系统的蓄压器定期（每6个月1次）检测，并且对油样结果进行跟中处理、加强对油路系统的巡检和检查、加强对油泵的维护，保证油路的的稳定运行，从而保证了乙烯装置的长周期运行。

Abstract:

Oil circuit system is an important part of the compressor in ethylene plant, and the stable operation of oil circuit system directly affects the stable operation of ethylene plant. The reliability of oil circuit system can be improved from the aspectsofpreparation before commissioning, commissioning, routine operation and maintenance and design improvement. Strengthening the management on switching of oil coolers, oil filters and oil pumps, setting up a special maintenance team for critical compressor unit to ensure the daily maintenance, carrying out monthly sample analysis, checking the accumulator of oil circuit system on a regular basis (once every six months), following up the oil sample results, strengthening the inspection of oil circuit system and strengthening the maintenance of oil pump can ensure the stable operation of the oil circuit, thus ensuring the long period operation of ethylene plant.
