裂解气压缩机轴位移升高原因分析及对策

摘要:

对裂解气压缩机轴位移缓慢升高异常情况进行了介绍,并针对离心压缩机中压缸转子轴向力变化原因进行了详细分析和相应的故障排查。经过原因分析和排查处理后得出造成中压缸转子轴位移持续增大的原因是压缩机静子部件出现结垢,通过在压缩机缸体注入馏程较高的洗油方法对压缩机通流部分垢物进行冲洗,解决了压缩机静子部件结垢问题,从而改变了转子轴向力的分布,最后成功解决了轴位移缓慢升高的设备故障。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the anomaly of gradual increase in axial displacement of cracking gas compressor, and provides a detailed analysis of the reasons for the change in axial force of rotor in the medium-pressure cylinder of centrifugal compressor through troubleshooting. By analyzing the causes, it comes to the conclusion that the gradual increase in the axial displacement of rotor in the medium-pressure cylinder is due to the scale formation of stator of the compressor. Through injecting wash oil with higher distillation range into the cylinder of the compressor to wash the flow passage, the scale formation problem of the stator of the compressor is solved, thereby changing the axial force distribution of the rotor and finally removing the risk of gradual increase in axial displacement that may cause equipment failure.
