混合离子交换器内件损坏原因分析及改造措施

摘要:

为高效利用系统蒸汽凝液,脱盐水装置新增1套混合离子交换器,将凝液进行离子交换处理后产出精制水外供。新增混合离子交换器投入使用后,先后出现布碱管堵塞、树脂跑损等问题。为保证凝液高效回收,经多次检修对故障进行排查并逐项分析原因,提出治理方法,并按相应方法对故障进行了处理。结果表明:对混合离子交换器的内部构件的合理改造,可有效防止树脂堵管和树脂跑损,保证离子交换器长周期稳定运行。

Abstract:

In order to make efficient use of the steam condensate of system, a mixed ion exchanger was added to the desalted water unit, and the condensate was treated with ion exchange to produce refined water for external supply. After the new mixed ion exchanger was put into use, problems such as resin loss and pipeline blockage appeared successively. In order to ensure the efficient recovery of condensate, the faults were checked during several maintenance and the causes were analyzed item by item. Some treatment methods were put forward, and the faults were treated correspondingly. The results show that the reasonable modification of the internals of mixed ion exchanger can effectively prevent the resin from blocking the pipe and from running away, so as to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the ion exchanger.
