乙烯装置复工后循环水系统出现的问题及对策

摘要:

针对抚顺石化乙烯化工厂乙烯装置停工5 a后恢复运行,逐渐出现换热器换热效果下降、循环水水质变差、影响装置高负荷稳定运行等问题进行分析研究,通过采取相应措施,循环水水质得到改善。在2021年装置大检修期间,对换热器及循环水管线内杂质进行彻底清除,同时对循环水系统存在瓶颈问题进行改造,实现循环水水质稳定达标,促进装置高负荷长周期运行。

Abstract:

The ethylene plant at PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company resumed operation after 5 years of shutdown. The heat transfer effect of heat exchanger gradually decreased and the water quality of circulating water became worse, affecting the stable operation of the plant at high load. Based on analysis and research, some corresponding measures were taken to improve the water quality of circulating water. During the overhaul in 2021, the impurities in heat exchanger and circulating water pipeline were thoroughly removed, and the circulating water system was revamped to solve the bottleneck problem, thus achieving the stable and up-to-standard quality of circulating water and promoting the long-term operation of the plant at high load.
