离心泵振动超标原因分析与对策

摘要:

针对离心泵振动故障问题,开展了离心泵振动分析与对策研究。结合频谱诊断结果及设备结构特点,从轴承状态、联轴器对中、管路应力、零部件检查及轴向力平衡等方面对离心泵振动故障进行排查分析,确定离心泵振动超标原因,并通过传动部件的结构优化,使泵振动从不允许运行状态转至良好状态,消除了设备运行设备隐患。

Abstract: In view of the vibration failure of centrifugal pump, the vibration analysis and countermeasures of centrifugal pump were carried out. Combining with the characteristics of spectrum diagnosis and equipment structure, from the state of bearing, coupling, piping stress, in parts inspection and axial force balancing of the centrifugal pump vibration fault screening analysis, identify the cause of the centrifugal pump vibration levels, and through the driving part of structure optimization, make the pump vibration never allowed the state to good state, eliminate the equipment running hidden dangers.
