碳四/碳五馏分的综合利用

摘要:

蒸汽裂解乙烯工艺中,会生产大量具有高附加值的C4/C5馏分,目前处理C4/C5馏分装置有丁二烯抽提装置、MTBE/1-丁烯装置、碳五分离装置,但是上述装置在处理C4/C5馏分过程中生产的副产物(如丁二烯装置生产的含炔烃丁二烯尾气、丁二烯重组分、抽余碳四,MTBE/1-丁烯装置生产的剩余碳四,碳五分离装置生产的碳五抽余液等没有完全被利用,经过国内研究院的不断探索与开发,处理上述资源的工艺技术得到了完善,并实现了工业化生产,综合效益得到了进一步的提高。

Abstract:

In steam cracking for ethylene process, a large number of high value-added C4/C5 fractions are produced. Currently C4/C5 fractions are processed in butadiene extraction unit, MTBE/butene-1 unit and C5 separation unit. The by-products from the above-mentioned units such as the alkyne-containing butadiene tail gas, butadiene heavy component and C4 raffinate from butadiene unit, the residual C4 from MTBE/butene-1 unit and the C5 raffinate from C5 separation unit are not fully utilized. After continuous exploration and development by domestic research institutes, the process technologies for processing the above-mentioned resources have been improved and industrialized, and the comprehensive benefits have been further improved.
