摘要:

EO/EG装置检修后EO反应器的首次开车过程需要做好预热过程。投氧后氧气提量不宜过快,其值稍高于最低流量限定值即可,过高将触发反应器出口氧高浓度联锁;进出口氧浓度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,出口氧浓度下降趋势更加明显且氧差逐渐上升最后趋于一个稳定值。临界乙烯流量的限制因素为催化剂选择性,选择性越高,其流量越高,反应越难。

Abstract:

Preheating is required for the first startup of EO reactor after the overhaul of EO/EG unit. The oxygen flow rate should not be too high, just slightly higher than the minimum flow limit. Over high oxygen flow rate may trigger the high oxygen concentration interlock at reactor outlet. The inlet and outlet oxygen concentration increases first and then decreases. The outlet oxygen concentration decreases obviously, and the oxygen balance gradually rises and finally tends to a stable value. The limiting factor of critical ethylene flow is catalyst selectivity. Higher catalyst selectivity leads to higher ethylene flow and more difficult oxidation reaction.
