乙烯装置近零排放快速开车流程优化

摘要: 乙烯装置开工过程优化对减少火炬的排放至关重要。主要阐述在裂解炉投料前,采取裂解气压缩机氮气循环开启分离冷区预冷,将冷箱和脱甲烷单元温度预冷至-110-120 ℃。新增1台乙烷裂解炉使得在开工过程中蒸汽发生量得以提高,氮气预冷在更高的压力下进行,满足裂解气压缩机在不投物料的前提下出口压力可达到分离系统进料允许值,预冷时间得以缩短的同时,减少了分离系统充压所耗时间,大幅降低了开工过程中的火炬排放量。

Abstract:

The optimization of the start-up process of ethylene plant is crucial to reducing flare emissions. Before the cracking furnace is fed, the nitrogen cycle of cracked gas compressor is used to start the pre-cooling of separation cold zone, and the temperature in cold box and demethanization system is reduced to -110~120℃. A new ethane cracking furnace is installed to increase the steam generation during the start-up, and the nitrogen pre-cooling is carried out at higher pressure, so that the outlet pressure of the cracked gas compressor can reach the allowable value of the feed to separation system without feeding materials. While the pre-cooling time is shortened, the time required for pressurizing the separation system is reduced, greatly reducing the flare emissions during the start-up.
