摘要:

乙腈法丁二烯抽提技术是生产1,3 -丁二烯的主要工艺,装置的低压尾气直接排火炬系统。随着国内化学工业的快速发展,合理利用装置尾气,不仅可以提高经济效益,且符合可持续发展原则。文中对乙腈法丁二烯抽提装置中溶剂回收系统尾气的回收利用进行了研究,改进后的尾气回收工艺可以多回收碳四496 t/a,挽回乙腈损失128 t/a。

Abstract:

Butadiene extraction process by acetonitrile is the main process for the production of 1,3-butadiene, and the tail gas from the unit is directly vented to flare system. With the rapid development of China’s chemical industry, the rational use of tail gas can not only improve economic benefits, but also meet the principle of sustainable development. In this paper, the recovery and utilization of tail gas from the solvent recovery system in butadiene extraction unit by acetonitrile is studied. The results show that the improved tail gas recovery process can recover an additional 496 tons of C4 and recover 128 tons of acetonitrile loss each year.
