乙烯装置超高压蒸汽管道气凝胶保温技术的应用

摘要:

石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司220 kt/a乙烯装置超高压蒸汽(SS)管道使用年代久,保温效果差。管道表面超温,人员检修、巡检存在安全隐患,且热损失大,不利于裂解气压缩机正常运行。需将部分蒸汽管道的保温材料更换为气凝胶,消除存在的安全隐患,并达到增产降耗的目的。

Abstract:

The super high pressure steam (SS) pipelines of the 220 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company have been used for a long time, and the insulation effect is poor. The overtemperature of pipeline surface causes safety hazards to personnel in maintenance and inspection, and the great heat loss is not conducive to the normal operation of cracking gas compressor. It is necessary to replace the insulation material of some steam pipelines with aerogel to eliminate the potential safety hazards and achieve the goals of production increase and consumption reduction.
