摘要: 2022年中国石油独山子石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置面对控制室搬迁、消除裂解气压缩机运行瓶颈的隐患问题,裂解急冷系统克服不利因素,尝试带物料稳定运行,减少了乙烯装置开停工时间,取得了较好的效果。

关键词: 急冷系统, 短期停车, 优化措施

Abstract:

In 2022, the 220 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company faced some problems such as the relocation of control room and the operation bottleneck of cracking gas compressor. The company overcame the adverse factors affecting the quenching system and tried to stably operate the quenching system with materials, reducing the startup and shutdown time of the ethylene plant and achieving good effect.
