摘要: 压缩机透平排汽采用空气冷却来代替水冷的方法对于水资源缺乏地区的化工装置是较好的选择,但空冷系统在运行中也存在一些不容忽视的问题。通过介绍某石化公司乙烯装置裂解气压缩机、乙烯及丙烯制冷压缩机透平排汽空冷系统,针对夏季高温运行存在问题进行深入研究并给出了切实可行的解决方案,从而保证了其正常平稳运行。

Abstract:

Using air cooling instead of water cooling for compressor turbine exhaust is a good choice for the chemical plants in areas lack of water, but there are some problems that cannot be ignored in the operation of air cooling system. By introducing the air cooling system of turbine exhaust of cracking gas compressor, ethylene refrigeration compressor and propylene refrigeration compressor in the ethylene plant of a petrochemical company, the problems in high temperature operation in summer are studied, and some feasible solutions are given to ensure their normal and smooth operation.
