乙炔加氢反应器长周期运行的瓶颈原因分析及对策

摘要:

独山子石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置乙炔加氢反应器,设有2个并联反应床层,采用“1开1备”模式。R-401A/B反应器延用的是原厂家A型催化剂,运行周期小于10个月,未达到技术要求的12个月; R-401C/D更换新催化剂后,发现新投用的催化剂在运行期间绿油生产量较之前明显增多,初次运行周期仅为3个月,未达到技术要求的6个月。反应器运行周期短不仅影响乙烯增量,且反应器运行到末期进行切换,系统需要排火炬造成物料损失,因此反应器的长周期运行对装置提质增效及节能降耗有着非常重要的意义。

Abstract:

The acetylene hydrogenation reactor in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has two parallel reaction beds and adopts the mode of "one in operation and one standby". The R-401A/B reactor continued to use the catalyst A from the original manufacturer, and the operation cycle was less than 10 months, failing to meet the 12 months required. After replacing the catalysts in R-401C/D with new catalysts, it was found that the green oil production increased significantly during operation, and the initial operation cycle was only 3 months, failing to meet the 6 months required. The short operation cycle of the reactor affects the ethylene increment. Also, when the reactor is switched at the end of operation, the materials need to be discharged to the flare system, resulting in material loss. Therefore, long operation cycle of reactor is significant for improving the quality and efficiency of the unit and reducing energy consumption.
