摘要:

裂解气压缩机由于其介质的特殊性,裂解气会在压缩机内部结焦,导致压缩机不能按设计条件运行,压缩机负荷下降,结焦严重时导致乙烯装置停产。文中分析了结焦的现象、原因和机理,以实例说明裂解气结焦对压缩机的危害,介绍压缩机运行中结焦的监测评估方法,并分析阐述了针对压缩机结焦的物理、化学防治措施。

Abstract:

Due to the special characteristics of the medium in cracking gas compressor, coking and fouling will occur inside the compressor, so that the compressor cannot be operated with design conditions, the compressor load will decrease, and the ethylene plant will shut down in case of severe fouling. This paper presents the phenomenon, causes and mechanism of coking, illustrates the hazards of fouling in cracking gas compressor with examples, introduces the monitoring and evaluation methods for coking during the operation of compressor, and analyzes a series of physical and chemical countermeasures for coking and fouling in cracking gas compressor.
