摘要:

基于某采用丙烯热泵系统的乙烯装置开工过程中,塔内组分紊乱,再沸器失效,回流罐与塔压差不足,以及系统热量无法平衡等一系列问题进行原因分析,并针对各原因提出改进措施,确保装置安全稳定运行。就丙烯热泵压缩机入口滤网撕裂提出相应的预防措施。

Abstract:

During the start-up of an ethylene plant using propylene heat pump system, the components in the tower were disordered, the reboiler failed, the pressure difference between the reflux tank and the tower was insufficient, and the system heat could not be balanced. The causes of these problems were analyzed, and some improvement measures were put forward correspondingly, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant.
