摘要:

丁二烯抽提装置精馏系统水含量控制是装置开工操作的难点,尤其在装置钝化后开工过程中,水含量合格时间长,开工成本损耗大。通过对精馏系统水含量控制、开工干燥、开工水含量调节方案进行优化,通过装置长期运行实践,确保丁二烯抽提装置产品水值的稳定可控,提升了装置的运行效能。

Abstract:

 The control of water content in the rectification system of butadiene unit is a difficulty in the startup operation of the unit, especially during the start-up of unit after passivation when the time required for water content to reach the standard is long and the startup cost is high. The schemes for water content control, startup drying and startup water content adjustment of the rectification system are optimized. Through the long-term operation practice of the unit, the stable and controllable water content of butadiene product is ensured, and the operational efficiency of the unit is improved.
