摘要:

通过研究某乙烯装置生产的乙烯产品,由于裂解产裂解气CO含量短时间内大幅波动,引起碳二加氢反应器床层多次飞温,催化剂产生粉碎、碳化现象致使其活性下降,造成反应器出口乙炔含量高,乙烯产品合格率低。通过对典型工况下CO含量波动导致碳二加氢反应器飞温进行分析,分别从工艺调整和更换新的催化剂两方面制订策略,从而有效解决了问题。

Abstract:

In this paper, the ethylene products of an ethylene plant are studied. The large fluctuations in the CO content of cracking gas in a short period of time led to bed temperature runaways in C2 hydrogenation reactor, and the pulverization and carbonization of catalysts led to a decrease in the activity of catalysts, resulting in high acetylene at the reactor outlet and low qualified rate of ethylene products. The temperature runaway in C2 hydrogenation reactor caused by CO fluctuations under typical working conditions was analyzed, and strategies were formulated from two aspects of process adjustment and catalyst replacement, so as to effectively solve the problem.
