摘要:

上升下降管是连接汽包和急冷换热器的管道,是乙烯装置裂解炉急冷系统的重要组成部分之一。为保证乙烯装置的安全、稳定、长周期运行,保证急冷系统使用可靠,必须对上升下降管进行合理设计和系统的应力分析。文中介绍了上升下降管应力分析的过程,并结合某项目具体实例,总结出应力分析过程中遇到的问题及解决方案。

Abstract:

As the pipes connecting steam drum and quench heat exchanger, risers and downcomers are an important part of the quench system for ethylene cracking furnace. In order to ensure the safe, stable and long-term operation of ethylene plant and the reliable use of quench system, it is necessary to carry out a reasonable design and stress analysis of the risers and downcomers. This article introduces the stress analysis process of risers and downcomers, and summarizes the problems and solutions encountered during stress analysis based on the specific example of a project.
